Tour route

Pálffy tour is a showcase of the personality of Count Ján Pálffy. You will marvel at the period housing style of the local nobility. The tour starts in the premises of the Count’s apartment, in the Count’s private chambers. It continues with a tour of the castle chapel hiding the rare Bojnice altar and leads through the rooms of the castle suite featuring valuable works of art.

Family tomb

Towards the end, visitors will get the chance to see the family tomb where Ján Pálffy found his final resting place. The last stop on Pálffy’s sightseeing tour is a unique natural travertine cave located directly below the Bojnice Castle.
