Opening hours

The expositions of the SNM- Bojnice Castle Museum are open to the public during opening hours. Opening hours vary depending on the season. During the main tourist season, the museum is open daily, in the off-season, the museum is open to the public every day except Mondays and Tuesdays.

Currently

In December, the museum is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The castle will also exceptionally be closed on Wednesday, December 25, 2024.

Opening hours according to season

In the months of November to March
the Museum is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
In the month of April
the Museum is open every day except Monday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
In the month of May
the Museum is open every day except Monday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
In the months of June to August
the Museum is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
September
the Museum is open every day except Monday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
In the month of October
the Museum is open every day except Monday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

The lunch break is from 12:00 to 12:30. At this time, the museum’s ticket office is closed and it is not possible to purchase tickets for the tour. Visitors who are on the tour route during the lunch break can continue the tour without interruption.
