About the event

The exhibition Not yet painted pictures presents the unique beauty of Slovakia in a unique world language of art.

The presentation and education project of SNM and dyERA offers visitors the opportunity to look at the monuments of Slovakia through the eyes of world painters. It brings together interesting objects and significant manuscripts of famous artists.

The exhibition presents 17 unique works created especially for this occasion. The collection is dominated by Bojnice Castle, which is depicted through the lens of Gustav Klimt, Vincent van Gogh, Salvador Dalí or Andy Warhol. The exhibition space is complemented by representations of Bratislava Castle, Orava Castle and Tatra nature.

The project also includes a collector’s collection of t-shirts that give the wearer the opportunity to dress in value, beauty and art.

The exhibition Still Unpainted Pictures of Famous People can be accessed during the opening hours of the museum until March 10, 2024. The exhibition spaces of the West Wing of the Bojnice Castle are part of the Tour of the Castle and Cave.

T-shirts and prints are purchased at the museum cash desk.

Entry to the exhibition is possible anytime during the museum’s opening hours.
